(MENAFN- Arab Times) Meanwhile Security officials from Hawally, Farwaniya, Ahmadi and Capital governorates arrested 23 male and female beggars of different nationalities during intensive campaigns, reports Al-Anba daily. The beggars have been referred to the concerned authorities for deportation.
