Finland plans to integrate drastic economic policies

(MENAFN) It looks like Finland will need more bold decisions and measures from the government to restore competitiveness and accomplish economic growth, based on recent reports.

The nation's economy has experienced a seven-year drop, let alone the many critical challenges it is facing like aging population, the inflexible labor market and intensifying unemployment rate.

The economy of Finland has a per capita output equal to that of other European economies such as France, Germany, Belgium, or the UK, and its largest sector of the economy is services at 66 percent.

"Our ability to renew ourselves cannot be praised", as for many years now, we have been unable to make the necessary and much needed decisions and reforms," said the Prime Minister.
