Moreover, recently 1,800 housing units have been sold and the whole sales for Eastown projects are estimated at USD 0.20bn.
Additionally, whole size of the allocated SODIC investment spending is almost USD 0.28bn and it is predicted to expand in the future.
Meanwhile, by 2020 it is forecasted that the project will produce more than 80 percent of the total recurring revenue.
