Qatar- Ooredoo tv and Mozaic TV to screen 17 series for free


(MENAFN- The Peninsula) Doha: Ooredoo has announced that its Ooredoo tv and Mozaic TV entertainment services will offer 17 popular Arabic series this Ramadan in Qatar, the company’s biggest entertainment offerings for the Holy Month.

Ooredoo tv and Mozaic TV will screen 17 TV series for free for their customers to promote family viewing time and the spirit of togetherness.

Among the series are five new offerings, including Layali Al Helmia Part Six, Heya We Dafenshy and Al Meeazn, and 12 series from 2015, including Ragel Wa Set Settet Season 9, Samra; Cello; Dhihab wa ‘Awdah; and Jawasis Al Qasr.

The 2016 series will be available from the first day of Ramadan.

Friends and family will be able to indulge in stunning 4K quality content, specially created and located in the ‘Ramadan Kareem’ folder on Ooredoo tv.

This year, to ensure all of Qatar’s diverse population have access to Arabic content during the Holy Month, Ooredoo’s on demand Ramadan service will have free access for anyone in the country with a Mozaic TV or Ooredoo tv set top-box.

Ooredoo tv customers can access the special folder by pressing home button on their Ooredoo tv remote control and selecting the ‘library’ tab while Mozaic TV users can access the content by pressing the VOD button on their remote control, and going to the folder.

For more content, existing Mozaic TV customers can upgrade to Ooredoo tv for free and enjoy two months of free subscription to the Starzplay service, which now also carries premium Arabic Khaleeji content such as Sadeeqat Al Omor; Saad Wa Khawato; and Qabel Lel Kaser.
