Kuwait oil price up


(MENAFN- Arab Times) The price of Kuwaiti oil went up by 45 cents to reach $44.17 per barrel Thursday as oppose to $43.72 pb the day before, a statement by Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) said Friday. In the world market, the Brent mix price went up to around $50 per barrel, a price unprecedented in the past seventh months. The future contracts of the West Texas brand went up by 16 cents to reach $49.17 pb. The future contracts of the Brent mix went up by 32 cents to reach $50.40 pb.
