(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) index dropped 13.27 points or -0.14% when the bourse closed trading at 9,538.77 points Tuesday. The volume of shares was up to 10,749,889 from Monday 3,587,120 and the value of shares increased to QR422,801,025.22 from QR134,529,673.89 on Monday.
From the 44 companies listed on QSE, shares of 43 saw trading today. From these 19 gained, 20 closed lower and four remained unchanged.
Indices of four sectors ended in the green and three in red.
QSE Total Return Index dropped -0.14% to 15,433.1 points. QSE Al Rayan Islamic Index dropped -0.44% to 3,736.47 points and QSE All Share Index dropped -0.10% to 3,736.47 points.
