Egypt's exports grow by 9 percent in 2016


(MENAFN) Egyptian exports increased in April this year by 9 percent, while imports decreased in the same month of 2016.

Moreover, non-petroleum exports grew from USD 1.6bn in April 2015 to USD 1.7bn in 2016, an average grow of 9 percent.

Additionally, all exports from Jan 2016 until the end of April have increased from USD 6.4bn to USD 6.5bn among the same period.

Meanwhile, medical exports also grew, which reached USD 45mn against to USD 42mn in April 2015.
