UAE- Emiratis to get keys to 346 houses in Baniyas

(MENAFN- Khaleej Times) The Abu Dhabi City Municipality will start handing over the keys of 346 houses to Emiratis in the Baniyas West area from Tuesday.
The houses have been built on the directives of the President, His Highness Shaikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan; and on orders of His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces. The municipality has invited the UAE citizens who have been allocated houses at Baniyas West to report to the head office of the municipality on the Shaikh Zayed Street to complete the handing over procedures of their allocated houses. Musabbah Mubarak Al Murar, acting general manager of the municipality, said all arrangements have been made to facilitate the delivery of houses to the recipients. The municipality will also provide them the numbers of maintenance companies and how to operate and maintain electricity, water, gas and sewerage systems. All resources have been put in place for serving beneficiary UAE nationals covered by the resolution. Fifteen counters at the head office of the municipality have been designated to run the service, and will start serving citizens from 8am on Tuesday. The municipality has advised all customers that it will not be able to entertain any transaction other than those related to the handing over of houses on Tuesday. Customers with other transactions have been asked to report to external municipal centres. The municipality will continue receiving citizens until all houses are delivered to the beneficiaries.
