(MENAFN- ProactiveInvestors - UK) Interactive gaming company NetPlay TV plc (LON:NPT) is to pay a special dividend to shareholders at close of business today.

Following approval at the AGM shareholders will receive a special dividend of 0.68p per share, to be paid on June 9.

In other news, Tidal power firm Atlantis Resources Limited (LON:ARL) said it made great strides in 2015, which culminated in a maiden profit, as it continues to advance its flagship MeyGen site in Scotland - the largest project of its type in the world.

Construction there began in January 2015 and it is on track to deliver first power to Scottish homes this year.

Elsewhere. chief executive Mark Routh described 2015 as an 'important year of significant progress' for Independent Oil & Gas PLC (LON:IOG).

During the year, the company took full ownership and control of the Skipper appraisal asset, which lifted resources by 13mln barrels to 26.2mln barrel.

Meanwhile, Broker Shore Capital described Sirius Minerals PLC (LON:SXX) as a future 'fertiliser juggernaut' at the top of a 64-page tome, in which it predicts some 150% up side to the AIM share's price.

Laying out the reasoning for its 'buy' recommendation the broker said the North Yorkshire polyhalite mine development will be a 'paradigm-shifting' project.

Over atEdenville EnergyPLC (LON:EDL) shares sparked over 36% higher in London as it revealed big progress had been made on the development of its Rukwa coal to power project in Tanzania.

Among the milestones passed is that a project concept note (PCN) which started in July 2015 as part of a formal review process, has been reviewed and accepted by the State-run TanzaniaElectricSupply Company Ltd (Tanesco).

The facility will support its provision of vendor financing for the installation of its first LIGHT proton therapy machine in Harley Street.

And finally, lithium suppliers have been quick to respond to the likely upsurge in demand when electric cars became mainstream.

Broker Liberum, however, still expects demand to outstrip even this new supply and says junior miners are in a prime position to benefit.
