Jordan- Moderate weather expected today


(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Amman, May 29 (Petra)--A slight rise in temperatures is expected on Sunday, but they will remain below their annual average for this time of the year. Therefore, it will be fair in hilly areas and moderate in the Jordan Valley and the Dead Sea, according to the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD).

Cool weather is expected at night in hilly areas while it will be fair in the Jordan Valley and the Dead Sea with south westerly light to moderate winds.

Temperatures will slightly rise on Monday creating fair conditions in hilly areas and relatively hot in the Jordan Valley and Aqaba.

Temperatures in Amman for today will range between a high of 24 degrees Celsius and a low of 14 degrees and in Aqaba maximum temperatures will reach 33 degrees Celsius dropping down to 20 degree at night.
