Qatar- New Quality hypermarket opens in Al Rayyan on June 1

Doha: Quality Group International, one of the fast-growing multi-disciplinary business organisational, will open its seventh retail outlet in Qatar in Al Rayyan.

The new Quality Hypermarket Rayyan will open on June 1 at 10am.

Distinguished guests, diplomats and officials from different countries and top officials and representatives of the Qatar business community will attend.

The announcement was made by Shamsudheen Olakara, Chairman, Quality Group International, at a press conference on Saturday.

“The new hypermarket will offer a different and more satisfying shopping experience to customers with its innovative design, location and ample backside parking space.

“We opened our first hypermarket in Qatar in July 2010 and since then, have never changed our priorities.

“We continue to see considerable opportunities for expansion and development and now we are opening our seventh outlet in Doha,” he added.

Olakara stressed that the new outlet in a busy street would provide a “unique shopping experience” to citizens and expatriates.

“The mall has three floors with a total area of 85,000 square feet.

A wide variety of products and brands will be available at the hypermarket, catering to the tastes and preferences of customers from all walks of life.

The ground floor features shops and kiosks, including a pharmacy and ATM counters of leading banks.

It also has a spacious supermarket for food, fresh food and other grocery items.

The first floor includes non-food; health and beauty items; household and home furnishing; gifts, stationery and sports items.

Shops for mobile phones, watches and fashion jewellery are part of a department store.

The second floor is designed for electric, electronic, IT and technology products, as well as garments, fashion accessories, footwear and luggage from leading brands around the world.

Quality Rayyan is the first retail outlet in the area ample parking space which will be helpful for customers and they can enjoy shopping with family.

Several promotions and price discounts will be announced for the inauguration, especially for electronics, food and non-food sections.

Attractive promotions and discounts will be available regularly as in other Quality hypermarkets in Qatar.

Olakara also disclosed that the Group would open one more retail project in Qatar — in Al Khor by the end of this year.

Quality Group International opened second retail outlet in Bangalore, India, last week,” he said, adding that the Group would also open a mall and a hypermarket in Kerala in the current financial year.
