Moreover, the firm will responsible for the management and execution of real estate development projects, starting with the USD 38.83mn Hilton Garden Inn.
Accordingly, the Sultanate's real estate industry viewed a notable increase amid the past five year, which is predicted to continue for diversifying income.
The new firm plans to construct a strong asset base over the next ten years via direct investments that will help the development of real estate projects.
