(MENAFN- Khaleej Times) Dubai is a first of its kind theme park showing the authentic Bollywood experience. Bollywood, the Hindi language film industry based in Mumbai, India is one of the largest centers of film production in the world.
Visitors will experience a vibrant celebration of Mumbai's famous film industry at this unique attraction with live performances, themed restaurants and cinematic rides. Bollywood Parks Dubai will recreate the Bollywood experience through themed attractions and rides spread across five zones: Bollywood Boulevard, Mumbai Chowk, Rustic Ravine, Royal Plaza and Bollywood Film Studios featuring Hall of Heroes. The entire development is spread across 25 million sqft of land located on Sheikh Zayed Road and expected to host 6.7 million ticketed visits in 2017. Bollywood Parks Dubai is also home to the stunning 850-seater Rajmahal Theatre that will play host to a separately ticketed Broadway-style, Bollywood-themed musicals several times a week. The park has 16 rides and attractions and all of these attractions are based on blockbuster movies such as Sholay, Mughal-e-Azam, Krrish, Shah Rukh Khan's Don and Amir Khan's Lagaan, among others. In addition, there will be Broadway-style live shows with fine dinging (at a separate price) in Rajmahal Theatre.
