Bombs kill at least 46 in Syria regime bastions: monitor

Beirut: At least 46 people were killed and 120 wounded in bombings in Damascus regime bastions Tartus and Jableh on Monday, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said.

Thirty-one were killed in three blasts -- at least two of them suicide attacks -- in the coastal city of Tartus, the monitoring group said.

Another 15 died in four explosions, three of them suicide blasts, in Jableh further north, the Observatory said.
