Egypt's Wadi Degla starts construction with USD 1.57mn investments


(MENAFN) Wadi Degla Company started building works on Neopolis project on 545 acres in Future City in New Cairo, with investments of USD 1.46mn to USD 1.57mn.

Accordingly, the firm began carrying out the project after delivering a ministerial decree in order to ensure building the units.

Moreover, the Neopolis project is one of the firm's main projects, on which it will place a wager in the next phase, while the firm targets to achieve sales of USD 3.71bn.

The company will focus in the next phase on the construction of housing units for middle-income and upper middle-income classes to cover the demand in the Egyptian market.
