Kabul, Sha'ban 15, 1437, May 22, 2016, SPA -- The Afghan spy agency, the National Directorate of
Security (NDS), and government Chief Executive Abdullah Abdullah confirmed the death of Taliban leader Mullah Akhtar Mohammad Mansoor Sunday.
"Mullah Mansoor was killed in a drone strike at 3:43 pm (1113 GMT) in Dalbandin area of Baluchistan in Pakistan," the NDS said in a statement. Abdullah confirmed the death on Twitter, although giving a different time for the attack, 4:30 pm., dpa reported
