(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Gaza, May 22 (Petra) -- Israeli occupation forces early Sunday arrested 10 Palestinian fishermen off Gaza shores west of Bait Lahia in the northern parts of the enclave.
Palestinian Committee Documenting Israel's Violations Against Gaza Fishermen said in a statement that Israeli naval forces opened fire at five Palestinian fishing boats sailing off al-Waha shores and arrested ten fishermen.
The fishermen were taken by the Israeli soldiers to an unknown place, the statement added.
