(MENAFN- Morocco World News) Morocco will take part, for the fourth time, in “Evteks” textile fair, to be held on May 17-21 in Turkey.
Seven Moroccan business leaders of home textile sector will participate in this year's edition, organized in collaboration with the Moroccan Professional Association of Textile and Clothing Industry (AMITH). It is meant to consolidate the position of the “Moroccan offer' in the Turkish market, make new business contacts, and diversify export trading partners, said a statement from the Moroccan Center for Export Promotion. Moroccan companies, which will exhibit the latest products of home textiles over an area of 346 m2, are targeting importers and commercial brands of the sector, as well as wholesalers and small retailers, the statement added. Being organized in a country that ranks 4th among world’s leading suppliers of home textile and monopolizes 5 pc of the global market, EVTEKS is a platform of choice for the development and diversification of exports worldwide.
