Scattered rain in Doha

Doha: The weather forecast for Qatar valid until 6pm Tuesday inshore will be slight dusty and partly cloudy to cloudy at times with a chance of scattered rain thundery at places at times. Offshore it will be partly cloudy with a chance of scattered rain.

The Department of Meteorology warned of expected thundery rain at places associated with sudden strong wind inshore.

Wind speed inshore will be northwesterly to northeasterly 05 to 15/18 knots at places at times reaching 25 knots during thundery rain offshore will be mainly southwesterly to northwesterly 05 to 15 knots reaching 20 knots at times at places.

Visibility will be 04 to 08/03 kilometers or less during thundery rain. The sea state inshore will be between one to three feet offshore will be two to four feet reaches six feet at times at places the Department of Meteorology said in its daily report.
