(MENAFN) Stella Di Mare 2 has confirmed its strategic plan for the next three years, which will focus on the real estate sector rather than the hotels sector.
Moreover, the firm signed a deal with the Egyptian Armed Forces on the new project Stella Di Mare 2, which is situated on an area of 2 sqm.
In addition, the company achieved sales of USD 0.11bn amid the two months, an estimated 20 percent of total predicted sales, which is projected to be USD 0.56bn.
The firm aims to achieve revenues value USD 0.34bn during the course of the recent year, of which USD 0.28bn is predicted from the project.
