Egypt sets up first education fund with USD 11.23mn


(MENAFN) Tahya Misr Fund launched the first fund for investment in education at a cost of USD 11.23mn in the first phase.

Furthermore, the goal is to increase the fund to USD 56.17mn in the coming years, and also will build 100 new schools in every governorate.

The fund will also execute social projects in areas of informal housing areas, which are in the fields of education and care for homeless children.

In addition, it also plans to launch and apply small-scale and medium-sized projects to empower young people to involve them in the labor market.
