Egypt- Misr Italia signs construction deals of USD 28mn
(MENAFN) Egypt-bases Misr Italia Holding has signed construction deals of USD 28mn in order to complete projects this year.
Additionally, the company plans to carry out 1500 units in its different projects by the end of 2016 compared to 1000 units of 2015.
Moreover, the firm has applied 85 percent of the first phase of Cairo Business Park which is organized for completion amid 2019.
The project contains 42 administrative buildings covering 90,000 square meters, whereas the commercial buildings will cover space of 20,000 Sqm.
