Kuwait- Acting Premier welcomes UN Yemen envoy GCC chief
(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) KUWAIT May 3 (KUNA) -- Acting Premier and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah met UN envoy to Yemen Ismael Ould Cheikh Ahmed and GCC Secretary-General Abdullatif Al-Zayani at Bayan Palace on Tuesday.
During the meeting Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled and the GCC chief reiterated GCC support to the UN envoy's efforts in Yemeni peace talks held in Kuwait at present.
The meeting was attended by Acting Deputy Foreign Minister Ahmad Nasser Al-Sabah and Assistant Foreign Minister for Protocols Dhari Al-Ajran. (end) mt
