Sale of vacation properties to grow by 40 pct in Egypt


(MENAFN) The sale of vacation properties will increase between 30-40 percent this year owing to increased demand from Egyptians and Arabs.

Moreover, the reduction of the Egyptian pound against the dollar will be a substance for the growth of real estate investment in the coming period.

The firm is focusing its sales on Egyptians as well as nationals living abroad; while properties will also be sold to Arabs in the recent season.

In addition, the project involves 2,000 housing units differs between tourist villas and chalets, with investments of USD 0.20bn.
