UAE- Assistant Foreign Minister for Political Affairs attends South African Embassy reception

ABU DHABI 2nd May 2016 (WAM) -- Ahmed Abdul Rahman Al Jarman Assistant Foreign Minister for Political Affairs has attended a reception hosted by Mpetjane Kgaogelo Lekgoro Ambassador of the Republic of South Africa to the UAE on the occasion of his country's National Day.

The Freedom Day reception was attended by a number of senior officials from the UAE Foreign Ministry and heads of Arab and foreign diplomatic missions accredited to the state along with members of the South African community living in the UAE.

In a speech on the occasion the South African Ambassador commended the wise leadership of President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan and the distinguished relations between the UAE and the Republic of South Africa in various fields which he said were witnessing continuous development at all levels.
