Micabil Diaz-Martinez Premier DUI Attorney Advanced Level Training on Source Code Litigation on Breath Testing Machines

(MENAFNEditorial)

Micabil Diaz-Martinez of Middleton Wisconsin recently received advanced level training from the American Association of Premier DUI Attorneys on Source Code Litigation on Breath Testing Machines.  Micabil received training about Source Code Litigation across the Country and how some attorneys are having success in getting the Courts to compel the production of breath testing machines software and Source Code.  This training was provided by Ziad Youssef.  Mr. Youssef is a Member of the Association and he has been designated as the State Ambassador for the Association in the State of Washington.  Mr. Youssef's office is in Bellingham Washington and his website address is .  In Snohomish County Washington Brian Sullivan and Jason Lantz took the lead on the Source Code litigation in their area.  In State of Washington vs. Mark Flanigan the Court has compelled the production of the breath testing software finding that the demand was relevant material and reasonable and the breath testing software was in the possession or control of the prosecuting authority.

The American Association of Premier DUI Attorneys has compiled information from Judges Traffic Safety Resource Prosecutors (the Top DUI Prosecutors in each State) DUI Prosecutors current Law Enforcement Officers former Law Enforcement Officers and DUI Defense Attorneys to determine exactly what skills knowledge training tools resources and strategies win the most DUI cases at trial and are also used to get DUI cases successfully resolved for the defense prior to trial.

When people need a DUI Attorney the biggest challenge is knowing whether or not an attorney truly has the skills knowledge training tools resources and strategies that are needed to successfully resolve and win DUI cases. Countless attorneys handle DUI cases.  But only a very small percentage have the skills knowledge training tools resources and strategies that are needed to successfully resolve and win DUI cases.

Members of the American Association of Premier DUI Attorneys have received advanced level training on the strategies that win the most DUI cases at trial and are also used to get DUI cases successfully resolved for the defense prior to trial. Members of the American Association of Premier DUI Attorneys also have access to the resources and tools that are used to win and successfully resolve DUI cases and these are resources and tools that only a very small percentage of DUI attorneys have access to and use.

Attorney Micabil Diaz has been practicing law over 25 years. His legal career can succinctly be summarized as one of service; both at the governmental and the not-for profit arena.  His career includes significant litigation experience in both state and federal venues including the military under the Uniformed Code of Military Justice. One of the highlights of his career as an army judge advocate was the authorship while deployed in Bosnia of a standard operations procedure for the safekeeping and protection of evidence of mass graves on behalf of the International War Crimes Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia (IWCTFY).

Upon his honorable discharge from military service Attorney Diaz returned to Wisconsin where he appeared as the attorney of record in over 200 cases in courts throughout the state representing individuals and institutions in a myriad of legal issues.  As to the federal venue Attorney Diaz has represented individuals and has appeared in both the Eastern and Western District of Wisconsin primarily in litigation involving civil rights cases under Section 1983.  As Assistant Chief Legal Counsel for the Wisconsin Department of Veterans Affairs Attorney Diaz represented the interests of the agency for a period of six years in both the Eastern and Western District’s Bankruptcy Courts. In the area of administrative law Attorney Diaz conducted over 200 administrative hearings in Wisconsin as a Class 3 hearing officer on behalf of the Wisconsin Department of Veterans Affairs.  In addition as a prosecuting attorney for the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services Attorney Diaz provided direct legal representation to the Department and its Boards in administrative hearings on disciplinary matters and license denials. Attorney Diaz also served as Deputy Secretary from 2005-2007 for the Department of Workforce Development overseeing the agency’s day to day operations and supervising the agency’s $2 billion annual budget. In 2005 Attorney Diaz served as Chairperson to the Governor’s Minimum Wage Advisory Council.
