He is a 20-year veteran to the mortgage industry and has been involved in both the retail and wholesale arena. He has held various positions such as wholesale representative state manager and area manager.
As regional manager Pennington will be responsible for increasing GSF Mortgage''s footprint in Ohio Iowa Missouri Illinois and California. He previously built his Ohio region to include four offices. These offices became the largest and most productive in the Midwest region.
Pennington finds that GSF Mortgage offers a family-like atmosphere with the agility to grow and prosper. As the company expands he wants to position himself at the forefront of the growth opportunity.
