Qatar's foreign trade jumps at USD 1.72bn in March


(MENAFN) Qatar's foreign merchandise trade jumped at USD 1.72bn in March this year, emphasizing a decline of 15.3 percent or USD 0.31bn compared to Feb.

Accordingly, the surplus has shown a drop of 58.7 percent compared to March last year.

In addition, the whole exports of goods valued USD 4.69bn, showing a drop of 33 percent compared to March 2015.

Moreover, the decline in total exports was due to lower exports of Petroleum gases and other gaseous hydrocarbon, reaching USD 2.63bn in March 2016.
