UAE- Mohamed bin Zayed receives Turkish FM

ABU DHABI 25th April 2016 (WAM) His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces today received the visiting Turkish Minister of Foreign Affairs Mevlut Cavusoglu and his accompanying delegation at his Al Bahr Palace majlis.

Sheikh Mohamed welcomed the visit of Cavusoglu and discussed with him friendship and cooperation between the UAE and Turkey as well as ways to enhance them in the best interest of the two countries.

They also confirmed the importance of exerting all efforts to enhance co-operation between the two countries in the framework of the joint keenness of the two countries to safeguard the security and stability of the region. The Abu Dhabi Crown Prince and the Turkish Foreign Minister also reviewed the latest developments in the region and exchanged views on regional and global issues of mutual concern.

Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation; H.H. Sheikh Khalid bin Zayed Al Nahyan Chairman of the Board of Zayed Higher Organisation for Humanitarian Care & Special Needs (ZHO) ; Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan Minister of Culture and Knowledge Development; Sheikh Hamdan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan and Sheikh Sultan bin Tahnoon Al Nahyan Member of the Executive Council.
