El Jaish Al Sadd r up preparations ahead of crunch Qatar Cup clash

(MENAFN- The Peninsula) El Jaish players take part in a training session at Qatar University Stadium ahead of their Qatar Cup match against Al Sadd which will be played at Al Sadd Stadium today.

Doha: El Jaish and Al Sadd will meet in a crunch Qatar Cup clash today at Al Sadd stadium. The match will kick off at 7.15pm.

Both sides were seen preparing for the crucial tie which will decide the finalist of the prestigious Qatar Cup. The final will be held on April 29 at Al Sadd stadium.

El Jaish side held a training session on Saturday evening at Qatar University Stadium under the watchful eye of their coach Sabri Lamouchi.

They will be in action without the services of midfielder Khalid Abdulraouf for today’s game. El Jaish’s medical team have ruled out the 26 year old midfielder after suffering a knock against Saudi side in the AFC champions league.

Al Sadd team met on Saturday evening to fine tune their preparations ahead of today’s game.

A fully fit squad trained under the watchful eye of head coach Jesaldo Ferriera. The squad focused on team drills and will be looking to for revenge against El Jaish who pipped them to second place in the Qatar Cup.The Peninsula
