UAE- Tadweer organises Your Happiness is Our Goal Initiative

ABU DHABI 24th April 2016 (WAM) -- The Centre of Waste Management Abu Dhabi Tadweer Al Ain branch has organised its "Your Happiness is Our Goal" initiative at the Al Ain Centre for Care and Rehabilitation. The initiative targets disabled people who require special care and attention from all members of the society. This initiative comes as part of a series of community initiatives that Tadweer has committed to implement in collaboration with the concerned entities and organisations.

The Manager of Tadweer's Al Ain branch Nayel Rashid Al Shamsi said "People with special needs have received exceptional attention from the leadership of the United Arab Emirates and the Government of Abu Dhabi considers them as a major priority at the top of its agenda. This altruistic initiative by Tadweer Awareness Department is in line with Abu Dhabi Vision 2030."

He added "By organising this event we strive to create a friendly environment and reinforce bonds between government entities and people with special needs through an educational programme to raise awareness of social responsibility and develop positive social attitudes towards this part of society."

The initiative aims to deliver the message about the importance of maintaining a clean environment and raising awareness of this among members of society. It also aims to bring joy and happiness to people with special needs while entertaining and educating them on how to reduce reuse and sort waste at source rather than disposing of it in public places.
