Riyadh Rajab 13 1437 Apr 20 2016 SPA -- Deputy Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Second Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense has sent a cable of congratulations to Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on the occasion of his swearing-in as Vietnamese Premier.
In his cable the Deputy Crown Prince expressed his sincere congratulations to the Prime Minister on the occasion wishing him continuous health and happiness.
