The Survivor and Other Tales of Old San Francisco

(MENAFNEditorial)

Steve Bartholomew is the author of more than a dozen historical fiction novels focusing on the Old West and San Francisco in the 1800s. Steve is also an active blogger on his website .  As interesting an individual as he is a writer Steve served in the US Army for three years and spent 20 years as a social worker in the mean streets of New York City San Francisco and rural California. He is now devoted to his writing living full time in San Francisco these days.

His newest title The Survivor and Other Tales of Old San Francisco tells the story of Hyram Courtenay and his wife Lisbeth who have lived in San Francisco since it was Yerba Buena. They certainly have some strange tales to tell. Author Steve Bartholomew suggests “If you would like to hear one they're short enough to read while waiting for your horse drawn street car.”
