Washington Rajab 12 1437 Apr 19 2016 SPA -- The United States and its military allies conducted 18 airstrikes against Daesh targets in Iraq and Syria on Monday the Combined Joint Task Force said.
In Iraq 17 strikes near eight cities were concentrated near Mosul where seven strikes hit a Daesh bomb factory three tactical units and three supply caches among other targets the taskforece said in a statement Tuesday adding that other strikes hit targets near Al Huwayjah Al Baghdadi Ar Rutbah Kisik Qayyarah Sinjar and Tal Afar.
In Syria a single strike near Ar Raqqah hit one Daesh tactical unit and a vehicle the statement said.
