Faraday Future sets 2y timeline for Nevada Factory to launch

(MENAFN) Last week, automotive startup Faraday Future held a groundbreaking ceremony at the site where it prepares to build its USD1 billion manufacturing facility in Nevada.

The firm declared that it plans to finish constructing the factory in just two years, which it admitted is a very aggressive timeline for building a 3-million-square-foot factory.

However, the company is already experiencing hang ups, as it has yet to deposit the USD3 million it owes the state of Nevada for bringing utility lines to the factory.

Furthermore, as for what Faraday Future intends to produce at the all-new factory, little is known right now beyond that it wants to manufacture electric self-driving cars.
