(MENAFN- Morocco World News) Moroccan singer Najat Aatabou spoke out against the actress Dounia Boutazout for her 'misbehavior' following the actress's altercation with a young woman in Casablanca that sent her to the hospital after she allegedly jumped ahead in a queue and was attacked.
In an interview on Chada FM airedon Friday the singer Najat Aatabou made harsh statements about Boutazout associating her behavior to 'a lack of education.' When asked about her opinion about the incident between Boutazout and Khawla which quickly created a buzz on the internet the Moroccan singer said that 'Boutazout is [a] good actress that won the love of Moroccans but her recent incident with a young girl has nothing to do with manners.' When the journalist asked Aatabou if she meant literally in Moroccan dialect that Boutazout is not well behaved Aatabou replied in one short and shocking word 'nichan' meaning exactly. The journalist interrupted the singer and asked her to support her claims. Aatabou stressed that her judgment of the actress is based on her behavior in the street leading up to the altercation. Aatabou called on Boutazout to 'have some courage' and express her apology in public as she [Aatabou] would do if she were in the same situation. The journalist said that people in general might face moments where they can loose control that doesn't mean however that they are not well behaved. However Aatabou insisted that education governs people's behaviors. A video posted on YouTube following the release of Khawla the girl who attacked Boutazout shows the actress in her house surrounded by her family and Khawla's father saying that they managed to settle their 'misunderstanding' amicably and that some people seized this opportunity to tarnish her reputation.
