(MENAFN- The Journal Of Turkish Weekly) The Israeli soldier who shot dead an alleged Palestinian attacker who had already been disarmed has been indicted for manslaughter on Monday.

The Times of Israel website reported that the indictment said Abdel Fattah al-Sharif 21 "posed no immediate threat" when he was shot by the soldier without "operational justification".

Ramzi Aziz al-Qasrawi 21 was also shot dead during the alleged attack in Hebron in the occupied West Bank which has sparked political debate in Israel after a video of the incident was published online.
