Iran prepares for petchem schemes in Africa


(MENAFN) Iran is currently undergoing serious and extensive preparations to launch petrochemical offices in Africa, according to the latest reports.

Petrochemical exports to Europe and Africa have grown significantly following the removal of sanctions, and Africa is the next big step for the Islamic Republic.

Additionally, major Iranian companies are conducting discussions with foreign petrochemical firms keen on business opportunities in the oil/gas rich nation.

Now that US sanctions on Tehran's nuclear program have been lifted, prospects are brighter than ever for cooperation and investment of foreign financiers.
