(MENAFN) The Abu Dhabi developer Eagle Hills will open the first of four hotels in its USD 1.6bn Saraya Aqaba project by Q1 of 2017.
Accordingly, the Luxury collection by Starwood would be the first of the site's four hotels to open through a phased completion of the project.
Additionally, Saraya Aqaba will be a gated community with four premium hotels; two operated by Starwood and two by Jumeirah Group and 866 homes.
In addition, Eagle Hills is working on four levels in Jordan, and the value of its live portfolio is USD 2.6bn.
