Oman inflation rate grows by 0.11 percent in March
(MENAFN) Inflation in the Sultanate grew by 0.11 percent through March 2016 compared to the rate registered in March 2015.
Additionally, the increasing price index is related to the growing prices of all major sets constituting the consumer basket.
Furthermore, the housing, water, elect, gas and other fuels group increased by 0.44 percent and the transport group grew by 1.31 percent.
On the other hand, prices of foodstuff and non-alcoholic beverages dropped by 1.38 percent, while clothes and shoes fell by 0.34 percent.
