Egypt's economic growth to decline by 3.3 percent


(MENAFN) The Intl' Monetary Fund (IMF) released its reports, which forecasted Egypt's economic growth to drop to 3.3 percent in 2016, compared to 4 Pct in 2015.

Furthermore, consumer prices in the country are predicted to grow by 10.7 percent in the cited year, compared to 11 percent in 2015.

Additionally, the recent account balance in Egypt is predicted to increase to 5.3 percent of GDP in 2016 and 2017, compared to 3.7 percent in 2016.

On the other hand, IMF forecasted a little rise in unemployment rate in Egypt, up to 13 percent in 2016 compared to 12.9 percent in 2015.
