(MENAFN- Arab Times) Kuwait is preparing to host the 2016 IFBB Olympia Amateur Circuit from April 13-15 for the second consecutive year. A number of athletes from Africa and Middle East will compete in the amateur men's physique and bodybuilding categories, exceeding last year's figures.
Many major international sports players will be present as guests of honor including President of Spanish Bodybuilding Federation Dr Rafael Santonja and President of Arab and African Confederation Dr Adel Faheem and other esteemed personalities in the field of bodybuilding.
Chairperson of the organizing committee Bader Boodai explained that the championship is being organized by Oxygen Company and Kuwait Bodybuilding Federation under the umbrella of the International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness (IFBB). Kuwait will be tested to host this event as a prelude to hosting the professional championship in September.
