Hail Rajab 06 1437 April 13 2016 SPA -- Prince Saud Bin Abdul Mohsen Bin Abdulaziz the Governor of Hail Region patronized on Tuesday evening a ceremony held by the Literary Club of Hail on the occasion of the launch of the activities of the International Forum of Hatim Al-Taei in its third edition.
During the event Prince Saud honored the three winners of his Award for Saudi Novel and opened the new building of the Literary Club of Hail.
