Egypt tourism marks 6 percent increase in visitors from KSA

(MENAFN) Egypt Tourism Authority (ETA) reported a notable increase in visitors from Saudi Arabia in Jan and Feb compared to the same period in 2015.

Accordingly, the authority has several plans and incentives in place to increase the GCC market, involving new visa regulations, which were brought last year.

Moreover, in Jan and Feb 2015, almost 55,582 air travelers from the kingdom entered Egypt and 12 months later the number increased by 6 percent.

Both sides hope to continue to increase and build on the visitor numbers from the area and working with travel operators to explore all means of nurturing growth.
