One killed three injured in three Dubai crashes

(MENAFN- Khaleej Times) An Asian was killed and three others were injured in separate accidents on Dubai roads in the last two days. In the first accident a pedestrian was killed after he was run over by a car on the Shaikh Mohammed bin Zayed road on Saturday.

The police rushed the victim to the Rashid Hospital where he was declared brought dead.

In another accident on the same day an Asian man sustained serious injuries after a car hit him at Al Nahda intersection. The injured man who is yet to be identified is recuperating in a critical state the police said.

The motorists responsible for both the accidents have been referred to the Dubai traffic prosecution for further investigation.

In the third accident two people sustained serious injuries as their cars collided on Al Wasl Road around 1am on Sunday.

Colonel Saif Muhair Al Mazroui Director of General Department of Traffic of the Dubai Police said the two injured are recuperating in a stable state.
