Oman- Canadian resident rescued by RAFO

A team from the Royal Air Force of Oman (RAFO) on Sunday rescued a Canadian resident stranded on the Al Hawra mountain in the wilayat of Nizwa.

RAFO and other wings of the Sultan's Armed Forces are often involved in civilian rescue operations besides the ROP and civil defence teams.
