Iran's Arvand Free Zone posts USD1b of exports annually


(MENAFN) Iran's Arvand Free Zone exports non-oil products valued at a whopping USD1 billion each and every year, according to the recently compiled data.

Arvand Free Zone Organization's policy since its start has been to rationalize trade procedure based on economic development and import management.

Additionally, the zone is one of Iran's most important and significant trade and transit gateways in view of the road, rail, sea and air transport capacity.

The Arvand Free zone is a 155 square kilometer industrial and security zone that surrounds Khorramshahr, Abadan, and Minoo Island in Khuzestan Province, Iran.
