(MENAFN- ProactiveInvestors)Resaas Services (CNSX:RSS) the real estate technology provider has reached an agreement with the Miami Association of Realtors to allow its members to communicate listings on the RealTimeMLS (multiple listing service). Miami is the largest local Realtor group in America and the 5-year agreement will allow all 41000 members to communicate lightweight listings referrals and market insights in a private centralized and real-time area. "Having been at Miami for the past 22 years it is clear that RealTimeMLS is truly a unique offering in the real estate technology marketplace and quite frankly much needed in our vast international market" said Teresa King Kinney chief executive officer of the Miami Association of Realtors. "It has always been our intent to provide our agents with a world-class suite of tools and education but what has been lacking is a way for our membership to communicate on a peer-to-peer level. We believe this will be achieved with RealTimeMLS which will allow our 41000 agents in South Florida to quickly share listings with one another and help them drive more international referrals." The Miami RealTimeMLS will integrate with the existing Miami MLS system to allow for agents to quickly share newly signed listings within their community through a simplified listing addition form. Beyond simplifying communication around new listings Resaas will provide Miami agents with additional international exposure to an already-hot market for foreign property buyers. According to Miami 74% of Miami real estate agents worked with an international buyer in 2015. With this new agreement Miami agents will now be able to network with the 400000 international agents already on the platform in a multilingual environment. Resaas shares were up 2.2% at C$1.89 on Wednesday.
