Qatar announces kidnapped Qatari released in Iraq
(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) DOHA April 6 (KUNA) -- Qatari hunter and an Asian kidnapped in Iraq while on a hunting trip there in December have been released Qatar's Foreign Ministry announced in a statement Wednesday.
Qatar's Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani is keen on ensuring safety of citizens and "Efforts are continuing to liberate the rest of the kidnapped" the statement added alluding to 26 others who have remained held by the abductors in Iraq. (end) nnd.haq
