(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) index dropped 17.61 points or -0.17% Monday when the bourse closed trading at 10,234.36 points.
The daily turnover today increased to QR 311.51 Million with a volume of 7,824,584 shares from 5,252 deals compared to QR 287.40 Million with a volume of 7,162,041 shares from 4,508 deals on Sunday.
From the 43 companies listed on QSE, shares of 42 saw trading today. From these ten gained, 31 closed lower and one remained unchanged.
Except insurance (+0.09%) indices of all sectors ended in the red today.
QSE Total Return Index dropped -0.17% to 16,492.58 points. QSE Al Rayan Islamic Index dropped -1.17% to 3,997.2 points and QSE All Share Index dropped -0.44% to 2,843.21 points.
